Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
- Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain the general ledger for new development companies and construction projects.
- Prepare account reconciliations and assist with independent audits
- Complete loan draws and construction invoice submittal and tracking.
- Monthly financial and cash-flow analysis
- Operating Budget preparation and reviews
- Other job duties as assigned, including distribution of monthly financial and statistical statements, property tax filings, and maintaining the Accounting Manual.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed BS degree in business administration, business management, finance, and/or accounting. 1-2 years accounting experience preferred.
- Construction/Development accounting a plus.
- Proficiency in use of Excel spreadsheet and a 10-key calculator.
- Must possess business knowledge and application of general accounting principles.
